There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, even on 27.11.2018, there was no representation. However, to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the matter is posted to today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also there is no representation. From this, it appears, the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the petitioner is having an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Section 19 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.
