This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.4 and A.5 in Cr.No.198 of 2015 on the file of Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad. 2 At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer filed charge sheet in the said matter before the concerned Court. 3 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition.
