THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.464 of 2014 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the order dated 27.11.2013 in I.A.No.91 of 2013 in O.S.No.128 of 2007 on the file of the I Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. When the matter is coming up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to urge the grounds raised in this petition before the trial Court at appropriate stage.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
