Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 and learned counsel for respondent No.6.

The prayer sought in this Writ Petition is as under: "........to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5th respondent in not taking any action in furtherance to the registration of Crime Nos.252 of 2013, 161 and 165 of 2014 for the offences committed by the 6th respondent and not filing the charge sheet and arresting him as well the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 herein in not taking any steps to cause enquiries in pursuance to the complaints lodged with them on 23-08-2014 and 16-10-2014 as being illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to cause the investigation into the above crimes against the 6th respondent with any independent agency like CBCID etc., forthwith and report compliance to this Court."

During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 placed on record Written Instructions dt.16-10-2019 issued by the Assistant Sub Inspector of Police, Parigi police station, Vikarabad District. 4.
On perusal of the said instructions, it is revealed that as per the records, on the complaint of the petitioner, three cases were registered vide Crime Nos.252 of 2013, 161 and 165 of 2014 on the
PKR,J W.P.No.11010 of 2013 file of Parigi police station, on 03-12-2013, 30-06-2014 and 21-06-2014, respectively.

As far as Crime No.252 of 2013 is concerned, it was referred as civil nature on 26-04-2018 and a final report was filed before the Court concerned and a notice was also served on the petitioner/complainant.

With regard to Crime No.161 of 2014, after completion of investigation, a final report was filed on 24-09-2016 before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Parigi. The same was taken on file after taking cognizance of offence vide C.C. No.863 of 2016. The case is posted to 21-10-2019 for examination of the accused. 7.
With regard to the Crime No.165 of 2014, after investigation, the case has been referred as false on 30-12-2014 and a final report was filed before the Court concerned. Even in this crime also, a notice was served on the complainant/petitioner. 8.
In view of the said facts, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition. 9.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 10.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
