As there is no representation for the writ petitioner on 19.01.2017, the matter is directed to be listed today under the caption, 'for dismissal'. Yet again, there is no representation for the writ petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Endowments is present. She would submit that as per the instructions received by her, the writ petitioner voluntarily vacated the subject property and possession of the same was handed over to the Temple on 04.06.2012 and that therefore no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition. However, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
