THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.439 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner states that his request for conducing of survey to his land admeasuring Acs.0.30 guntas in Survey No.608 of Balemla Village, Suryapet Mandal, Nalgonda District, was considered and the Deputy Inspector of Survey, Suryapet, Nalgonda District, the 4th respondent, gave several notices to the petitioner and neighbouring land owners fixing various dates for conducting survey including the last notice dated 27.06.2015, proposing to conduct survey on 07.07.2015, but failed to do so. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents, particularly, the 4th respondent, in completing the survey, the present Writ Petition is filed.

The petitioner has filed copies of all the notices right from 12.02.2013 to 27.06.2015. Though the notices propose to fix a date for conducting survey to the neighbouring land owners including the petitioner, it is therefore un-understandable as to why survey is not completed even after the last notice proposing to conduct survey on 07.07.2015.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4 to ensure that the survey is completed as early as possible after issuing a fresh notice to the petitioner as well as to the neighbouring land owners and complete the survey and submit appropriate report to the 2nd respondent within

a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
