Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in seeking to evict the petitioner from the subject property, without following the due process of law, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Tribal Welfare, on instructions, would submit that respondent will follow due process of law before initiating any action against the petitioner.
In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioner from the subject property without following the due process of law.
