When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, that, on the complaint of the petitioner herein, police registered Cr.No.481 of 2018, on the file of the Arundelpet Police Station, Guntur, for the alleged offences under Sections 427, 448, 506 r/w 34 IPC, and investigation is in progress. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
