HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 30499 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 11.08.2014 passed by the third respondent terminating the services of the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for admission, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent that as against the order dated 11.08.2014 passed by the third respondent, the petitioner preferred an appeal to the District Collector, second respondent herein, along with stay application. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of either stay application or main appeal itself, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly there shall be an order. The Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
