This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No.285 of 2018 on the file of the Sattenapalli Rural Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 309 of I.P.C.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 have not filed similar bail application before the Court of Session. Under these circumstances, it is not appropriate to deal with this application on merits by this Court. The petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 are given liberty to file similar bail application before the Court of Session, if they choose to do so.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
