This anticipatory bail application is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner apprehending arrest in an unregistered crime relating to Parvathipuram Police Station, Vizianagaram District.

It is informed by the learned Public Prosecutor that no case is registered against the petitioner. Therefore, the question of apprehension of arrest does not arise. Considering the same, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this petition.
