HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 35242 of 2015 Order:

The present Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not registering the FIR pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.07.2015.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that a GD entry was made on 10.07.2015 and after preliminary enquiry no action was taken as the police opined that the complaint is of civil in nature.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file a private complaint. Giving such liberty, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
