HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 31224 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 5. Petitioner contends that even though FIR No. 62 of 2015 has been registered on a complaint made by the petitioner against unofficial respondents 6 & 7, the police have not conducted any investigation into the matter and have not filed any final report although more than one year has been elapsed since the registration of FIR on 24.6.2015. Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 5 states that investigation has been completed and final report will be filed before the competent Court shortly.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to file a final report before the competent Court within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
