THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3441 OF 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A.2 in C.C.No.252 of 2014 on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468 and 420 r/w 34 IPC.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this Criminal Petition, with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law, including filing of discharge petition. 3 Permission is accorded.

4. In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law, including filing of petition for discharge, if the trial Court has not already framed charges.
