HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 6 1 2 3 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, written instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Airport Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

According to the said instructions, in all the F.I.Rs., shown in the present Writ Petition, the police authorities have filed charge sheets and they are numbered as Calender Cases also before the concerned Courts.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication in the writ petition and accordingly the same is closed.
