HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.A.No.897 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the parties have agreed for disposal of this appeal by the following order:

"The investigating agency shall complete the investigation in respect of a crime bearing Cr.No.426 of 2015 within four months from today. The appellant shall cooperate with the investigating agency for carrying out further investigation. He shall attend the police station whenever called and shall submit the documents or any other material as demanded by the investigation officer for carrying out further investigation.

It is needless to mention that the investigating officer shall demand documents or other material, if any, in writing from the appellant, and if the appellant is not in possession of any particular document/material, he shall inform the investigating officer in writing about the same. If the investigating officer needs specimen signatures of the appellant, he shall allow him to collect the same. It is open to the investigating agency to take all necessary steps for completing the investigation within the stipulated time.

It is made clear that we have not set aside the order impugned in the instant appeal. With the above observations, the writ appeal is disposed of.
