THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.14689 of 2014 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 07-042016 into Registry stating that the matter is amicably settled out of court and compromised at the instance of elders and well wishers and the petitioner requested a permission to withdraw the criminal petition.

Recording the same, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
