Today also when the matter is called none appears for the petitioner. In view of this, this Court has no option except to dismiss the writ petition for default.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
