THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.892 of 2016 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent.

2. The present Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., by the petitioner, aggrieved by the order, dated 08.03.2016, passed in Crl.M.P.No.117 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.177 of 2016, by the VIII Additional Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

3. By an order, dated 08.03.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.117 of 2016, the learned VIII Additional Sessions Judge, while suspending the sentence directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- out of Rs.12,00,000/-, which was awarded as compensation, on or before 31.03.2016. Challenging the same, the present revision is filed.

4. Though various grounds are raised, the learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking some more time for complying with the order of the learned VIII Additional Sessions Judge.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the time granted for depositing an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) is extended by 15 days from 31.03.2016 making it clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
