Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2.
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not issuing Title Deed and Pattadar pass book in favour of the petitioner, in respect of the land in Survey No.454/ E, admeasuring Ac.1-20 guntas, situated at Mankhal Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, as illegal, improper and incorrect.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has submitted a representation on 30.05.2018 seeking issuance of Title Deed and Pattadar pass book in respect of the subject land, the respondents have not passed any orders on the said representation till date.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that if the petitioner files a fresh application in the appropriate form, the same will be considered by the respondents. 5.
In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh application for mutation of her name in the revenue records,
in accordance with the provisions of law, before the concerned authority, enclosing all the necessary documents, in which event, the concerned authority shall deal with the same in accordance with law and pass orders, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the said application.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
