Though the first respondent is yet to be served, considering the facts and going by the submissions of the learned Public Prosecutor, it is seen that the transfer of the case is sought between the Courts, which are 15 K.Ms. away and essentially in the same locality. The transfer of case is sought from Mangalagiri, Guntur District to Vijayawada, Krishna District. No sustainable ground is shown for transfer of the case.

In the result, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
