HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.729 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard Sri Ghan Shyam Das Mandhani, learned counsel, for Sri Bankatlal Mandhani, learned counsel for the petitioners. O.P. No.554 of 2014 pending on the file of V-Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, though, earlier sought to withdraw and transfer to the District Court or Additional District Court at Karimnagar, he would submit that in view of constitution of Commercial Court at Karimnagar, case would have been transferred to the said Court automatically. He would also expresses in case the matter requires to be disposed of by the Commercial Court and case bundle is not transmitted, the Court below be directed to transmit the case bundle. Learned counsel for the respondents is present. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, as aforementioned, ordering that in case the O.P. No.554 of 2014 is to be disposed of by the Commercial Court, the learned V-Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, is directed to transmit the case bundle to the Commercial Court.

With the above direction, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
