Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development appearing for 1st respondent, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for 4th respondent and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

It is stated by counsel on either side that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7615 of 2017 dt.06.03.2017.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of building permission in the subject land within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the petitioners satisfying the requirements under Section 428 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and also subject to his giving an undertaking that he would not claim any equities or cots of the building construction. In the event the LGC is decided against him, without reference to the letter dated 31.10.2013 of the Zonal Commissioner-Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any shall stand closed.
