SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4118 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.4 to 7 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.79 of 2013, pending on the file of the Court of XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor, filed a Memo, reporting that he received written instructions from the Mangalhat Police Station stating that C.C. No.79 of 2013 ended in acquittal. 3.

Hence, recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
