HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR W.P. No. 36366 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent/ Joint Sub Registrar in refusing to register the sale document to be presented in respect of the petitioner's land to an extent of Ac.1.00 in Survey No.608/ 2 of Kalluru village, Kurnool Sub-Division, Kurnool district, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue (AP), on instructions, states that the reason for refusing the registration is that the land admeasuring Ac.19.40 cents in Survey No. 608/ 2 of Kallur Village, Kurnool District, is an endowment land, which came to be received vide Lr.Rc.No. MT/ 9581/ 2016, dated 05.07.2016 from the Commissioner, Endowments Department, Hyderabad. 3.

It appears that as the reason for not registering the document was not communicated to the petitioner, she has approached this Court. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to forthwith communicate the reason for not registering the document, to the petitioner, in which event, the petitioner, if so advised, may question the same availing the remedy available under law.
