THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.29545 OF 2012 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring that the petitioners are entitled for selection and appointment to the post of Junior Lineman by duly extending the Judgment of this Court in W.P.No.8794 of 2007 and batch dated 14.03.2012 to the petitioners with all consequential benefits.

This Court on 24.09.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.37699 of 2012 passed interim order directing the respondents to verify the claims of the petitioners and if they are squarely covered by the guidelines issued by this Court in W.P.No.8794 of 2007 and batch, dated 14.03.2012, the cases of the petitioners also shall be considered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuant to the aforesaid interim order, the petitioner was appointed and no further orders are required. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of interms of the interim order dated 24.09.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.37699 of 2012. No order as to costs.
