Though these Transfer CMPs are filed to withdraw and transfer of O.S.Nos.373 and 264 of 2013 from the Court of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to Additional Family Court, City Civil Court to be tried along with O.P.No.1635 of 2012 and O.P.No.604 of 2013, both counsel submitted that OP.No.1635 of 2012 and O.P.No.604 of 2013 which are pending on the file of Additional Family Court have to be transferred to the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court to be tried along with O.S.No.264 of 2013, since all these proceedings pertaining to one property. Since there was consensus arrived at between both the counsel, OP.No.1635 of 2012 and O.P.No.604 of 2013 pending on the file of Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad are transferred to the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court to be tried along with O.S.No.264 of 2013. Accordingly, Transfer CMP is disposed of.
