This petition is filed, by the petitioner/ A2, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in Crime No.432 of 201112 on the file of the Prohibition and Excise Station, Bhongir, Nalgonda District.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner expired.

The Public Prosecutor also files a Memo stating that the petitioner expired on 11.02.2018 and as such the case in Crime No.432 of 2011-12 is abated.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted by this court on 31.01.2011 in Crl.P.M.P.No.11490 of 2011 shall stand vacated. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
