HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.36105 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in seizing the vehicles bearing Nos.A.P.31TA-2628 and A.P.-31-TM-2448, of the petitioners and kept them in the custody, without registering any crime as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology, would submit that the subject vehicles have been produced before the concerned Magistrate, who has accepted the custody of the same and the petitioners may be directed to submit applications before the concerned Magistrate seeking release of their vehicles.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit their applications before the concerned Magistrate, before whom the above said two vehicles were produced, seeking release of the same, in which event, the same shall be dealt with and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, on the same day. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
