When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Police pursuant to the registration of Crime No.90 of 2018, on the file of Sarbuja Police Station, Sarbuja, Srikakulam District, has produced the subject vehicle before the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Amudalavalasa, Srikakulam District.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the concerned Magistrate. No order as to costs.
