ORDER:-
The petitioner publisher was aggrieved by the proceedings dated 23.08.2010 of the State Project Director, Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA), Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and the consequential proceedings dated 19.05.2011 of the Project Officer, Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA), Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
2. Perusal of the aforestated proceedings dated 19.05.2011 demonstrates that the Rajiv Vidya Mission, Mahaboobnagar, identified certain named publishers for purchase of books during the year 2010-11. Sri G.Bhaskar, learned counsel appearing for the Rajiv Vidya Mission, also states to the same effect. No interim orders were granted by this court interdicting further action pursuant to the impugned proceedings.
3. That being so, the impugned proceedings have worked themselves out due to efflux of time. The cause in this writ petition is accordingly rendered purely academic.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed on this short ground. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
