HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.7217 OF 2011 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed requesting to quash the proceedings in Crime No.186 of 2011 of Khanapuram Police Station, Khammam District.

2. No representation for the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 4.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that the Investigating Officer has filed a Final Report on 29.08.2011 requesting the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam, to close the crime on the ground that the dispute is 'civil in nature'.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
