This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.1637 of 2016 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, L.B.Nagar, R.R.District, and transfer the same to Family Court, Vijayawada.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition as the matter is settled between the parties amicably out side the Court. To that effect, he also filed a letter dated 21.06.2018 in the Registry. 3.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
