Heard.
The petitioner herein is stated to be aggrieved by the inconvenience caused by the building opposite to his house and accordingly filed a complaint, dated 05-022015 before the 3rd respondent. The said complaint of the petitioner states that opposite to the house of the petitioner, there is a Chamber of Commerce, which holds various functions, and parking of the vehicles by the visitors attending the said function is creating inconvenience to the residents including the petitioner. Alleging inaction on the said complaint, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
Learned Government Pleader for Home has received instructions from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Bhimavaram I Town Police Station, West Godavari District, which state as follows:- "It is submitted that the respondent police issued notices to the above said Chairman of Chamber of Commerce to clear the disputes with the petitioner by arranging parking place to the vehicle at the time of functions against the said notice the Chairman of Chamber of Commerce given undertaking and assurance that they are not troubling the public including the petitioner, and taken steps to arrange sufficient parking places for their vehicles.
Hence, the respondent police are also taking steps to convert the road one way by discussing with traffic police officials to flow the traffic and if the 5th respondent i.e., Chairman of Chamber of Commerce fails to do so, further action will be taken against him as per law" In view of the action already initiated by the 3rd respondent, as noted above, no further directions are called for.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
