In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to 1st respondent to dispose of the Revision filed by it on 2610-2015 challenging the grant of renewal of quarry lease for road metal and building stone granted to respondent Nos.6 and 7 adjacent to the petitioner's educational institution under Rule 35(A) of the Andhra Pradesh Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966 (for short "the Rules"). 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology appearing for 1st respondent states that the file relating to the Revision Petition filed by petitioner has gone missing. However, she states that the Revision will be considered expeditiously, after reconstructing the file and orders will be passed.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to decide the Revision filed by petitioner before it under Rule 35 (A) of the Rules challenging the grant of extension of lease to respondent Nos.6 and 7 within two (02) weeks from the

date of receipt of a copy of this order positively, since lives of the students of the petitioner's educational institutions are at serious risk. Before passing the orders, the 1st respondent shall issue notice to petitioner as well as respondent Nos.6 and 7. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
