THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.30689 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in returning the document submitted for registration of house site admeasuring 266.2 sq.yards in D.No.128 of Mangalagiri Revenue Village of Guntur District, without assigning registration number, after completion of registration process such as scanning, obtaining signatures of all the parties, putting seals etc., duly paying stamp duty and registration fee of Rs.1,00,225/- without any just reason and without passing any orders as required under Section of Registration Act, as bad illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, contrary to the provisions of Registration Act and offends Articles 14 and 300-A of Constitution of India."

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that the allegations against the 2nd respondent are unfounded and incorrect. He further submits that the 2nd respondent is prepared to receive the document bearing C.S.No.75742016, if it is duly presented by the petitioner and after examining the document in the light of provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Stamp Act, needful be done. 3.
The statement is placed in record and the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to re-submit the document by enclosing the copy of this order to the 2nd respondent, who in turn will act as per the statement made before this Court.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
