Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.35699 of 2018 dated 12.10.2018 and requested to dispose of the present writ petition in terms of the said order.

Following the above referred order and for the reasons recorded herein, this writ petition is disposed in terms thereof. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
