Bhosale) Learned Government Pleader for Irrigation for the appellants submits that in view of the fact that the judgment of learned Single Judge, dated 19.07.2005, passed in W.P.No.23750 of 2000 and batch has been confirmed in appeal bearing W.A.No.2117 of 2005 and batch decided on 21.07.2010 (2010 (5) ALT 787 (DB)), nothing further survives in this appeal.

Writ appeal is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment of the Division Bench.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
