HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.30378 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 1st respondent in issuing G.O.Rt.No.349, Revenue (Endowments-II) Department, dated 06.08.2016, in respect of the 3rd respondent-temple, as illegal.
2. At the time of arguments, Sri N.V.Anatha Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies available to him, including filing of the representation before the 2nd respondent.
3. Permission is granted.
4. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for. If the petitioner submits his representation before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks thereafter. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
