ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief - "...to issue writ or direction preferably writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the request of the petitioners for admission as members into the respondent No. 2 i.e. Fishermen Cooperative Society, Cheruvumadaram (V), Nelakondapally (M), Khammam District by considering latest representation dt. 24-09-2010 even though entire process had been completed including conducting skill test to the petitioners, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to record, discriminatory and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to admit the petitioners as members....."

This Court while issuing Rule Nisi on 27.04.2011 granted interim direction directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation, dated 24.09.2010 said to have been filed by the petitioners seeking their admission as members of the 2nd respondentsociety, in accordance with law. It is represented by the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries that the representation filed by the petitioners was considered and as they are ineligible, the same was rejected. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
