Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.4-Institution that the Respondent Institution will proceed strictly in accordance with the provisions of Section 83 of Endowments Act (Act 30/87).

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
