THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.17494 of 2011 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 14.07.2015, the matter was listed to today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in the morning or in the afternoon session.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the fourth respondent in Memorandum No.39302/Assn.IV (2)/2004-1 dated 23.11.2014. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the appeal filed by the fourth respondent was disposed of. In any event it is to be noted that the writ petitioner did not evince any interest in prosecuting the matter though the matter was posted "for dismissal". In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
