THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12965 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking grant of anticipatory bail in connection with crime No.200 of 2013 on the file of the Kurnool Taluk Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences under Sections 420 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he is a law abiding citizen and he is ready and willing to cooperate with the investigating agency and as such, prays this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is completed in this case and that the case is referred to as civil nature and as such, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner. Recording the above submission, the anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as infructuous.
