O R D E R

Petitioner claims that he is running cycle stand in the premises of the 2nd respondent - Government Dental College and Hospital, Hyderabad, represented by its Principal. Aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent, in issuing tender notice dated 24.09.2018 for running cycle stand in the premises of the 2nd respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health, on instructions, submit that the respondents are not going to lease the subject property for running cycle stand and the area is shown as parking free zone and they have also erected board in the subject area exhibiting " PARKING FREE" .

In view of the above submission of the learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health, the claim of the petitioner cannot be accepted, as respondents have taken a decision not to grant lease to anybody. Recording the above submission, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
