This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.287 of 2015 (old CC 316 of 2014) on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Husnabad, registered for the offences under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, against the petitioner/accused. 02.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 03.
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has submitted a copy of e-Courts proceedings wherein it is mentioned that C.C.No.287 of 2015 (old CC 316 of 2014) on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Husnabad, has ended in acquittal on 15.03.2021.

The same is recorded.

In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing this Criminal Petition is already been fulfilled, no purpose would survive to proceed with this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications in this matter, if any, shall stand closed.
