Heard.

The petitioner complains of inaction on the part of respondents 2 to 4 in taking steps for issuance of red corner notice to secure the presence of A1 in C.C.No.218 of 2014 pending before the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that charge-sheet is filed, cognizance is taken by the aforesaid court and non-bailable warrant issued against A1 is pending and the trial is going on against A2 to A5. Since A1 is stated to be staying in London, look out circular was issued by the competent authority to all the Airport Authorities. Non-bailable warrant as well as Look Out Circular are stated to be pending against A1. In view of that, the petitioner has filed the writ petition without making necessary enquiry and verification.
