HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.M.A.Nos.1239 of 2012, 608 and 939 of 2014 COMMON JUDGMENT:

Advocate for appellants represented that appellants may be permitted to withdraw these appeals and submitted that a direction may be given to the trial Court to dispose of the final decree petitions expeditiously. It is further represented that a Division Bench of this Court through order dated 01.11.2002 in C.C.C.A.Nos.69 of 1997 and 52 of 1998 gave direction to the trial Court to dispose of the final decree petitions within six (6) months, but till now petitions are not disposed of. Considering the same, the trial Court is directed to comply the direction given in C.C.C.A.Nos.69 of 1997 and 52 of 1998 dated 01.11.2002.

2. Accordingly, these appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these appeals shall stand closed. No costs.
