HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.764 OF 2016 ORDER:

The Contempt Case is filed complaining the in action on the part of the respondent-authorities in complying the order dated 10.03.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.9862 of 2016 in W.P.No.7752 of 2016.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the application submitted by the petitioner for grant of fresh electricity connection has been received and processed and in that view of the matter, nothing survives in the writ petition.

Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
