HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 30357 of 2012 Order:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the first respondent in issuing impugned license for sale of Indian made foreign liquor by shop at Gazette Sl.No.312, Shop-4, Kallur village, Pulicherla Mandal for the period from 01.07.2012 to 30.06.2013 in favour of the third respondent, who is wife of the fourth respondent, who was arrested in Crime No.20 of 2012 of Prohibition and Excise Station, Pakala.

2. Since the period of license is over, no cause of action survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
