The inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in issuing pattadar pass books in favour of the petitioner, in spite of making an application, in respect of lands admeasuring Acs.1-30 guntas in survey No.144/1, admeasuring Acs.1-33 guntas in survey No.148, admeasuring Acs.1-02 guntas in survey No.164, admeasuring Acs.4-00 guntas in survey No.165, admeasuring Acs.3-12 guntas ins survey No.166, admeasuring Ac.0-22 guntas in survey No.167, admeasuring Acs.1-26 guntas in survey No.169, admeasuring Acs.1-20 guntas in survey No.146/3 and admeasuring Acs.2-00 guntas in survey No.146/4, totally admeasuring Acs.17-25 guntas situated at Kompalli Village, Bhupallapalli Mandal, Warangal District (Jai Shankar District), is the subject matter of challenge in this writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation on 25-06-2016 through e-seva for issuance of pattadar pass books. Pursuant to the direction issued by the 3rd respondent, the VRO conducted a detailed enquiry and submitted a report on 20-09-2016 along with a village map

recommending issuance of pattadar pass books in favour of the petitioner. However, till date no pattadar pass books are issued. Learned AGP would submit that a suitable direction may be issued to the 3rd respondent for issuance of pattadar pass books, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the rival submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Tahasildar to take appropriate steps for issuance of pattadar pass books in favour of the petitioner in respect of the subject lands, as recommended by the VRO, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
